This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are processed. By subscribing to Sumedy, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2️⃣ Subscription & Billing

  • Sumedy operates on a subscription-based model, and payments are charged automatically based on the selected plan.
  • Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscriptions at any time. The changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
  • Subscriptions are auto-renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.

3️⃣ Refund Policy

Sumedy follows a no-refund policy for subscription payments. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Once canceled, the subscription remains active until the current billing period ends, after which it will not renew.
  • Cancellations do not trigger a refund, but users can continue using the service until the end of the subscription cycle.

5️⃣ Subscription Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrading: The upgraded plan will take effect immediately, and the difference in charges will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.
  • Downgrading: The lower-tier plan will be applied from the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are provided for downgrades.

6️⃣ Service Disruptions & Refund Exceptions

  • Sumedy strives for 99.9% uptime, but occasional maintenance or unexpected issues may occur.
  • If a prolonged outage (more than 48 hours) is caused by Sumedy’s internal failure, a partial refund or credit may be considered upon request.
