Sumedy follows a no-refund policy for subscription payments. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Cases:
βοΈ If a user mistakenly purchases multiple subscriptions for the same account, a refund for the duplicate charge may be issued.
βοΈ If a user is charged incorrectly due to a system error, a refund will be processed.
βοΈ If the service fails to function as described due to a platform issue and Sumedy is unable to resolve it.
β Non-Refundable Cases:
π« No refunds will be issued for user dissatisfaction or change of mind.
π« No refunds for unused subscription periods if the user decides to cancel before the billing cycle ends.
π« No refunds for account suspensions or terminations due to violations of Terms & Conditions.
